On this day the 7th April 1968 Jim Clark double Formula 1 world champion died in an non-championship F2 race in Hockenheimring Germany. Quick post to mark 2 time world champion Jim Clark’s Birthday – Jim Clark was born on 4th March 1936. Sadly Jim Clark died at the age of 32 on 7th April 1968 in a F2 race in Hockenheim, Germany.
